Globizz Corp. developed the “Information Security Policy” in order to obtain the reputation from customers and society by taking an advanced measure against information leakage risks. We complie with the “Information Security Policy” and “Privacy Policy” and promise to maintain the information security by protecting the information assets from any threat and treating the information properly.

Development of the information security control system:
We proof to protect all information asset in the company, and comply with the law, rules and contract regarding with the information security.

Appointment of an “Information security manager”:
We appoint an “Information security manager” and organizes an information security team. These organizations understand the latest condition of whole company information security and actively implement the necessary measures on time.

Maintenance of the internal regulation:
We clearly indicate the treatment of all range of information assets including personal information by maintaining the internal regulation based on the information security policy. Especially, we strictly handle the information leakage.

Surveillance:
We repeatedly carry out the surveillance of the internal regulation and rules for information security and inspect that information security policy is informed all the company and information assets are properly stored.

Safety system:
We realize the system reflects the thorough measures not to cause the intrusion, leakage, falsification, loss, and obstruction of use against the information assets.

Improvement of information literacy:
We thoroughly educate the employees about the information security to be able to proceed their job with enough information literacy.

Strengthening the information management of outsourcing companies:
When we make an outsourcing contract, we inspect the adequacy as a partner, and require to maintain the same or more information security level. In addition, we continuously confirm the security level and take an effort to strengthen the contract.

Supplementary provisions:
The rule is valid from May 1st 2019.
